In the Spring they came out and double checked the roof to ensure it was in good shape since the snow had covered it. Then later when the satellite company moved my dish and damaged the roof David came out the same day I called and got it repaired. I would highly recommend Green Valley."

My shingles were delivered on a Friday. The crew was here on Monday morning at 7am and tore off the old roof and completely got the new roof on by 8pm. "This company came highly recommended to me by someone who has had work done in the past. While I was impressed at how quickly I received an estimate after calling, I found it very impersonal that they didn't call me back or touch base at all before putting together an estimate, as I wanted to ask a few specific questions that pertained to our project (for example, we have some rotted dormer shingles that I was curious if they would be able to replace as part of the project). The estimate that I received was very generic - a pre-printed sheet stating a list of materials and services that were included in the cost, and a dollar amount. The estimate was not itemized, or even separated into sub-categories of materials and labor. I don't know if they got on my roof to take any measurements (if they did, they never received explicit permission), or if they simply eyeballed it from the ground and took a guess.
We had a total of three estimates performed, and the price they quoted was very competitive with one of the others (the third was much higher). Ultimately though, I just didn't get the impression that my business was very important to them, and when stacked next to a competitor quoting a comparable dollar amount, they lost out this time to a company that I felt was excited and eager to work with me.
