"We noticed some staining inside near a window at our Pleasant Hill home and suspected something was getting in behind the siding. Julian from Imperia Roofing & Exteriors came out and found the issue right away. They removed the affected section, corrected the flashing, and sealed everything properly before repainting. Looks like nothing ever happened."

"My wife and I realized we needed to replace a portion of our roof , a spanish tile. We contacted NewHaus roofing and construction company and were warmly greeted by Joseph one of their representatives. He helped us negotiate a great price along with the advice from his supervisor Gregory. We chose a beautiful terra cotta replacement and the work was diligently completed in two days thanks to the craftsmanship of Pedro and his crew. We are thankful for Joseph who was with us through our project from start to finish. We would recommend this company to anyone considering a roof replacement."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Pleasanton, CA

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
