I watched Andrew troubleshoot my system and find that it was only a bad solenoid. After replacing the bad solenoid and a couple of test runs I was back to watering my yard again. He also found a couple of things that needed some attention and adjustment. Things that you or I wouldn't look for when the sprinkler system is running. Here is what I can tell you about the last 10 plus years of dealing with Tri County. I have never been overcharged, over sold, or felt scammed. They are always professional and punctual. If they are running late they give you a courtesy call. Scheduling and bill payment is a breeze as well. Their lead time is long, but so is everyone else in the sprinkler business in San Antonio.
