"They came out and gave me an estimate in a VERY timely manner and were honest and thorough with their comments and suggestions. They even helped me pick out the colors that would work best with my house. They came out to do the job pretty quickly after I gave them the OK, with maybe 2-3 weeks wait for the screens to be made. I didn't even have to be home for them to do the work. When I did come home on the designated day for the install, everything was already completed excellently. Other than the old screens, which they left for us, there was no mess whatsoever. I also thought their prices were very reasonable. We have enjoyed sitting in our back patio without the sun exposure. On 6 June 2019, we recently had severe storm / high winds that damaged the left/right cable guides. They have hassle free appointment system through their webpage, I immediately an online appointment with StarShade, then sent a message with pics of the cable damage. On appointment day, Ryan was friendly, prompt, and professional during his damage assessment. During the repair, Ryan and another associate made swift remedy of the cables and even retighten the shade box to the home structure. "Well, we had the three designs to have a pool enclosure that would include a patio enclosure to choose from. Frank explained how each one would look like one smooth design and compliment our house. <br /> We were given options of a pool enclosure roof and Frank suggested a mansard converting to an A-frame design. With drawings to show our options, we chose to go with Frank's recommendation. We never once tried to sell us something that we didn't ask for. <br /> Frank and his crew built our enclosure. His craftsmanship is so precise, and would review what his crew was doing to make sure that they were building to his satisfaction. They cleaned up their work area every day before leaving and they worked straight through the weekend. <br /> Any questions we had were answered in a way that we could understand (no construction jargon).  <br /> When they were done, the patio enclosure flowed smoothly into our pool enclosure! It looked like it had always been there. Like it was a part of our house. His design ability is amazing. <br /> Now, we sit outside in the mornings and drink our coffee in comfort. I was amazed at the overall reduction in pool care needed now. Our chemical purchases have been cut in half so far. No more swimming!
