Customer service excellent and great communication through out project. Each part of the experience was top rated and they delivered all that was promised, exceeded my expectations! Did the most complete initial inspection of my home than other vendors and identified some repairs that were needed, no surprises with added cost at the end. Great description of process and knowledge of trade. Javier project manager and his hard working team were awesome!! Communication excellent during install process and completed project timely. "They work quickly and do great work. They removed 2 layers of roof and decking on an upper and lower roof. They installed new decking for 95 percent of the roof and cleaned up all in one day. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."

"As a new home owner it can be terrifying to think of emergency home repairs, the cost and the work involved. I have to say Nick and his team relieved all my fears. Me and my wife had a roof leak in our new home. Nick was able to come and diagnose the problem quickly. He explained every step that was involved in fixing the problem properly, and answered all my questions. He never made us feel pressured and made sure we understood every step. When i decided to hire him to do the job him and his team arrived early and finished the job in a timely manor. He made me and my wife feel very comfortable and it was a pleasure to work with him. If you are looking for someone to work on or replace your roof, look no more because you won't find better then Nick and his team!"
