He checked a part on the unit with a meter which indicated that the part powering the fan (Run Cap?)was receiving only half the required energy needed to operate properly, meaning the part was failing and needed replaced ( the part was covered by the warranty because we have a maintenance agreement) So happy Eric knows his job and is good at diagnostics. "First off - he called me very quickly after I submitted my request thru Service Magic- he is the ONLY one of the three to call. We had a 9 o'clock appointment and at 9.05 Malcolm called to say he was running late. I appreciated not being left hanging - When he got here, he was friendly and went to work snaking my sewer drain and though the project was a bit bigger than he expected he stuck to his original estimate. I very much appreciated that! Before he left I asked for a ballpark on 2 projects I'd like to do this year and both were quite reasonable.
