He was extremely responsive and we found his rates were comparable to others we received. We were stalled for a while due to Covid, but once our permit was approved, Dave kicked off work for us the next week. He was very communicative, sharing updates, hiccups (fortunately not too many - usually product delays), and recommendations. I can't say enough good things about his crew. As the owner of a multifamily property, I appreciated that Jim has had personal experience himself in managing and owning properties, and therefore had expertise in knowing the types of repairs that would be important and necessary for an owner/landlord. In addition to the time and effort that Shorty, Juan, and the other members of Jim's team put into each project, Jim also recommended and connected me with other contractors, including an electrician whom I've now worked with several times; a gutter installation company; and a masonry contractor who ended up installing a front retaining wall for me. As a final note to Jim's professionalism, when there was a period of extreme cold over the winter that could've caused particular damage to pipes in the upper floors of my house because of their placement near the outside, Jim personally called me to remind me to plug in the heated wire coilings that he had installed around the water pipes on my third floor.
