He started Wednesday and worked almost every day, including weekends, until the project was finished. His works was detailed, he understood our needs and design requirements and did them all as requested. In the ned we had him take on several other projects including a large slate floor install, laminate wood floors, porcelain walls and additional tiling. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty.
