"Actually, I would say "maybe" on whether or not I would rehire but you don't give that option. I was satisfied with the service overall, I didn't know what to expect and tried to be realistic. Part of the time was spent discussing several things I need done. The repair man said he could do them, a couple things would be easy and he assured me he was very experienced and could do them relatively quickly. A couple other larger jobs would require him to work up an estimate, which he said he would do in a couple days and have the manager email me. This is where they failed.
