I was able to view the different color and style options between Owens and Certainteed asphalt shingles. Selected my color and shingle. I did my own research and went with the Certainteed Landmark in Resawn Shake color. They showed up at 7:30 AM and proceeded to wrap my house in a Gray Fabric Tarp to protect it from Falling Shingle , Nail and Plywood Removal Debris. Antonio placed copper flashing around my chimney and replaced my vinyl siding back in place along with recaulking my chimney flue cap to protect against rain and water damage. No hidden cost at the end of the job. We were in constant communication throughout the whole process including the Plywood cost per sheet installed. 10 Year Warranty on his Labor against any Leaks was also an Added Benefit. "A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
