"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"We couldn’t be happier with our experience from start to finish! As first-time homeowners, taking on a project as big as replacing the siding on our house was a major decision, and honestly, we were nervous going into it. From the very first day, Taylor Coacci went above and beyond for us every single step of the way. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely made us feel confident that we were in good hands. We never felt like just another customer. From the sales team to the installation crew, everyone we worked with was amazing. The entire team was knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Communication throughout the project was excellent, and everything was handled with such care and attention to detail. And the finished product? We absolutely LOVE how our house looks! "The team did extremely high-quality work, and took care of all the logistics to get our siding job done! All of our neighbors have been complimenting our house's face lift. They were very professional, meticulous in their work, and did a job that should last decades. Highly recommend!"

"Artisan Building & Remodeling was an excellent choice for replacing my wind-damaged shingles. Of the various roofing companies that came out to give estimates, Brandon was the only one who insisted I let him speak to my insurance company on my behalf. He was even present when the insurance inspector came out to look at my roof. I feel I would not have succeeded on my own in negotiating anything with my insurance company. The roofing crew was very efficient in their work. Everyone on the team had a job to do, no time was wasted. Brandon was always thorough with his communications, whether it be by phone, email or text. He was always prompt – more prompt than the insurance inspector. I’m very satisfied with and highly recommend Artisan Building & Remodeling!"
