He and an assistant came and handled that lengthy list of tasks including small electrical, minor plumbing and the hanging of a large set of curtains with a new rod in a single morning. When an outside screened patio at my house had water damage around a frame, Sebastian surveyed the problem, provided an estimate, and he tackled that job with skill and a craftsman's touch, cutting out damaged portions, removing stucco and replacing everything including the textured stucco then repainting so that all repairs matched the surrounding areas and looked as good as new.
