They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and within budget. The workers were clean and worked full days with minimal disturbances to our everyday activities. Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. The roofs look beautiful, and we are already seeing efficiency as a result of the replacement. The BSE team followed up after completion to ensure we were happy. "Adam and his team are outstanding. We built in two stages, adding a basement bathroom, removed a wall and all tge finishing work that goes with it! This was done beautifully! Six months later I had a full addition ( in law apartment) full basement with high ceilings, and tge main house is stunning! It doesn’t feel like an in-law apartment, cathedral ceiling, giant bathroom, all the comforts of home Adam was quick to respond to all my concerns, he always answered his phone and if I didn’t like something he was quick to fix it. "Absolutely AMAZING job! We have been searching for a general contractor for almost 6 months to take care of several projects on the exterior of our home. We had worked with Stellar Painting before when our insurance company paid for a door and window repair. After a phenomenal job and a great experience, I called them again to see if, by some miracle, they could handle a list of repairs for the exterior of our home. After coming out, giving an estimate, and providing a start time - I couldn't believe how quickly everything was done! They fixed everything (and that was one heck of a list)! Our deck is so beautiful, I can't stop staring at it. Light poles that a previous masonry company installed are standing tall and proud (versus lump-sided like they have been for years now!) The list goes on. The exterior of our home looks brand new thanks to them. I can't believe how quick and easy it all was. Love the crew as well - Monique is amazing and Eduardo is SO nice and extremely talented! Everyone that came out was super sweet. They will definitely be my go-to from now on."

"Nice owner, hack job crew. Hired to replace siding and trim. Manager of the project was fired a few times during work and it really shows. So many small details are either unfinished or poorly done. Amateur cuts on the trim left gaps and old trim was not prep for paint or just left unpainted. They also smeared silicone to cover screws on the front face of the shingles, the whole house looks like it's covered in bird droppings. Plus they also damaged the roof and electrical boxes. Who knows what other things they skipped on, left me with a time bomb of problems that will takes years to show. I would not recommend. "

"I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."
