"My husband and I hired Tim as our contractor to gut renovate our kitchen and laundry room as well as install a HVAC system at our 1926 Cape-style home in Osterville. Tim completed the project on budget and within our timeline. He was also very easy to work with, always communicating with us and going above and beyond to quote multiple sub-contractors. He’s also very trustworthy. This being our summer residence, Tim completed the work for us off season will full access to our house. He made sure everything was kept clean and secure. Tim also saved us money by doing some of the work himself. He did some of the framing, duct and stove vent installation, and helped with the kitchen cabinet trim work. We would definitely hire Tim for another project and highly recommend his services. Two pictures are the ‘before’ and two pictures are the ‘after’. "

"How can I possibly thank Dave enough for this project?? A few months back, I contacted Dave for a quote for an unusual project: I wanted to do a major renovation to my father's bedroom in his house while he was gone on a trip as a surprise. This room hadn't been remodeled since 1990 when he bought the house, and though he'd started it a few years ago, my mother became ill and passed away, so the project got put on hold and never picked up again. That's where Dave came in. He was so thoughtful, and his work is SO stunning. He replaced the carpet with hardwood, tore out the old heating, tore out the old closets and built a beautiful walk-in dressing room. He plastered the walls, replaced the last old window in the room and trimmed everything out to match the rest of the house--all covertly while my dad was away. "I thought I'd provide a 6-month update on the work performed by Coen. In short, we selected them to do some minor renovations to the bedroom and living room - ceiling repair and electrical work - and then paint the entire interior of the unit. It was horrible. We settled a reduced fee and went our separate ways. Since then, we've had to remove the work they did and repaint the entire hallway, bathroom, and kitchen due to paint peeling. Based on the prior experience and having visited during the renovation, they didn't prep a single thing - the walls definitely needed that even prior to other work starting. The new contractors very clearly were able to show how the surfaces weren't prepared at all for paint related to dust under all of the layers from the drywall and other construction work they did. Not a single apology or visit from the owners to date. Don't waste your time, money, or effort on this company whatsoever."

"First time iI used Jason and his son (J.D carpentry out of Scituate) In this day and age if and your new to carpentry project's which i was and i picked a local carpenter for my project Well i hit a home run when i picked Jason and his son Dustin They build a roof for my ouside shower and dresssing room enclosure which was a vinyl fence enclosure and did a outstanding job It was not an easy project because of the different heights involved. "After many years of Indecision we recently concluded it was time to put in a new kitchen. From cabinets, floors, walls, ceilings, appliances and finally painting - the works!!! We chose Capizzi Home Improvement Company. We had heard they were excellent and had a great reputation for customer satisfaction. We had no idea of the scope of the job and all the work they would have to accomplish. Needless to say this was a very smart choice on our part. From the start there was our designer Diana then to the Caroenters, Jimmy and Dave, the Electricians Dave and Andrew, the Painters Joshua, Jesus and Freddie and the Plumbers Bill and Charlie - all contracted through Capizzi. All were fantastic at their trades. Very professional and knew what they were doing. All of the above coordinated through Gary who managed it all! I would recommend this crew from top to bottom.
