Got their digital secretary, said a man named John would call, within 15 mins he called, told me to call the office at 7:30, I was waiting until 7:45 (have to give people time to get their coffee and set up their space) Susan called at 7:30. Made an appointment, they would be at my house between 10 am and 12 am. just before 10 am I get a text John is in the hood, 5 mins later John is at the door. Took him and his guy 1 hr to replace my heater. Great Friendly service."

They both work diligently to assess the blockage and clear it. It went further out than was expected. I can honestly say Josh and Paul worked very well together and we’re so into completing this mess. I sat there with them the whole time and they were so determined it was amazing to watch. The job was more complex but they both remained calm and very confident and they were not leaving till that camera showed a clear passage.
