Said he was the owner and tried to dry base my place and caused so much damage to my basement that we are going to get a lawyer involved now I?ve had numerous basement companies out and they said his system has failed. He wants to try to send a letter saying oh it?s coming through cracks in the basement when it?s clearly coming from his dry track system that failed in about 15 different spots. This is very ridiculous. I would steer clear this company. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time. Stay far far away from this company check out all their other names they have numerous different names under their self then they want to say it?s coming through the cracks in the floor when you can clearly see where their track system failed a numerous spots. It?s a bunch of horseshit they don?t answer phone calls. They?ll leave you hanging dry and they?ll cost you thousands"

"I been thinking for a while to post this review or not. And everyone around me and other companies that have come and seen what my problem is, are saying that this company needs to take responsibility. So here it goes.. I had Jeff come out to evaluate my issue with water in my basement that came from AC duct on the wall every time it rains. (Very unusual thing to happen) showed him video. BUT as soon as Jeff saw it, he said oh its your floor drains. They are clogged and water is not draining properly and coming up in the soil thru AC duct. Showed me a diagram how it happens and everything. Said, you change your floor drains (we warranty our work for life) and you will not have this issue ever again. Paid around $10k for this project. First rain happened, water again from AC duct. Called them out, they put a panel and wall to supposedly help. Same issue. Talked to owner Josh. He doesn?t want to take no responsibility. Said we only warranty our floor drains. You must have other problems"

The company is licensed under SAS Services, Inc - check out reviews under that name. Joey refused to honor his promise on workmanship or warranty, and only offered to charge me thousands more with no proof of drainage connection on work performed. Zero Integrity and Honor of Workmanship. Don't endure the drama of his Jekyl and Hyde persona of this contractor that works under licensed name SAS Services, Inc. (look up reviews there before anything else)."

"They waterproofed our basement several years ago. They included a lifetime warranty (not my lifetime, but the lifetime of the structure.) We've had subsequent leaking and getting them to revisit has been a nightmare. They don't return calls, they arrive 3 hours late to an appointment and then when they determined the work needed fell within the warranty, they never called to schedule the follow up appointment. When we called, they booked us for 2/8/2019 between 9am-10am. When they didn't show by 11am, we called. They said that because we don't have a cell phone, they couldn't reach us. (We only provided them a home phone number) and that our appointment was cancelled because of an emergency yesterday. They do not care about our business because we have already paid them over $5,000 and they refuse to follow through with their guarantee."

"It went extremely well. A competitor to the Crack Team told me that one of the cracks in my basement would be especially hard to fix and may require digging on the exterior of the basement. Plus he could not guarantee he could fix it and the price he quoted would be a base and could go higher depending on what he had to do. Dave from the Crack Team said no, he was confident he could seal the cracks, and his quote was a fixed price at about 2/3 of his competitor. The crack team showed up right on time, fixed the cracks, and they are dry with no leaks. I was extremely happy with Dave from the Crack Team."
