"We were very pleased with the staircase and railing construction completed by MGM Carpentry and highly recommend them for Carpentry and construction work. Mike worked efficiently completing the demolition of the previous stairs and railing in one day. He identified and corrected structural deficiencies from the previous construction and completed the remodel and finish work within the time he originally stated it would take to complete the job. He was even able to stay on-budget with the exception of the additional repairs identified during demolition. Even then, he discussed any changes early and found effective solutions that didn’t significantly increase the cost of completing the work. We are absolutely delighted with the quality and appearance of the finished staircase. He kept a tidy workspace and cleaned everything up very neatly once the job was completed. "These guys were great. Fred came out and gave me the quote. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I had other roofers that looked and couldn't tell where the leak was. His son and another man showed up to start the work. They removed my siding and shingles very carefully so it could all be reused after the repair. Then, Fred and the other guy showed up the following morning to complete the job. The picked up all the garbage and you could barely tell they were there.
I would definitely recommend Fred for any roofing work. I just may need him again when I buy my next house.
