"Called Weld & Sons on Monday morning for service. The reception passed my information onto the dispatcher who scheduled a 30 minute service window on Tuesday. This was not an emergency. Technician, Zach, arrived on time, and performed work. Note that there was a separate fee to haul away water softener, but total came in below estimate from dispatcher. It was heavy and did not look fun, so the $65 dollar fee was well worth it. Total was $289 ($68 for service call + $150 for labor + $6 for parts). One recommendation for the future is to have the technicians wear shoe covers when going in and out of the house to protect the floors. No issue as it was dry and cold outside, but a nice to have. I would hire again."
