"It was easy to communicate with Manny, and his emergency repair to my leaky happened so quickly, even for the end of November. He sent pictures of the roof hours after I first contacted CL Exteriors, I was quite surprised! I am recommending his business for repair of the entire roof and also the roof replacement of the other 2 buildings in our condo association. He promptly checked them out and sent estimates for the association to review. I am very impressed with CL Exteriors."

"I was very pleased with the work he did, he has a nice way of explaining things , I sure I will hire him again for other projects when needed he is a very pleasant person to deal with. Tank you Scott for being such a nice guy ."

"Colonial Restorations was superb.   Our family very much enjoyed working with Brad Green and Tom Green.

At the outset, they made thorough assessments of our family's barn, identifying several problem areas and offering multiple proposals for how best to address each (including strategies and estimates).  They walked through the different proposals with us, addressing all questions and discussing different options.  This was extremely constructive and important to the process.

They demonstrated very clear understanding of post-and-beam wood construction.  They displayed great expertise in working with wood (white oak, red oak, hemlock) and with the tools, jacks and cribbing needed for this work.  They worked carefully, always putting in place the necessary jacks and cribbing in advance of each phase of this project.

They were clear about their schedule and were very responsible about communicating with us.  If there were a day that they would not be on site, they let us know ahead of time.  With the exception of a snow storm and an illness, they were on site five days a week from the first week in January till the second week in February, 2016.

By the completion of this project, Colonial Restorations had made significant and important structural repairs to our barn.  This work was done with care, craft, accuracy, and to code.  (All elements of this project were examined and passed by the building inspector.)  Most important, these repairs respected and worked with the existing structure and materials of the barn.

We could not be happier with these repairs or with the work done by Colonial Restorations.  It was a pleasure working with Brad and Tom."

"From the first meeting to job completion, Luc Walker, from Rich Exterior Solutions, was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, provided a competitive quote and got us on the schedule in a timely matter. The crew arrived on time, did an outstanding job and cleaned up everything afterwards. In today's world of dying customer service, my experience with Rich Exterior Solutions exceeded all of my expectations. Their quote was accurate, work done correctly and there were no surprises concerning completion or cost. I also feel that their warranty and total commitment to customer service provides peace of mind that they will be there if any issues arise. They have certainly earned my future business and highest recommendation for anyone having roofing needs. Sincerely, Glen Deveaux"

"Great; no major problems. Gave B rather than A because (1) we never received promised paperwork regarding the guarantee for our shingles, and (2) we ended up finding 100's of nails, etc. on the ground around the house. They appeared to do lots of cleaning up, but apparently were not as thorough as we'd assumed. Not a big deal though."

"They are very professional! Showed up when they said and finished everything in the same day!"

"These guys help seal my roof, reinforce gutters, and repair flashing that had fallen off due to extreme wind. They did a great job and finished everything in 1 day. When I had a new peice of flashing fall off after another storm, they stood by their warrantee and came right out to fix it. Would recommend."

"I was impressed with them. When i put in the request, they called me within an hour. They came out the next day and started work. They did came exactly when they said they would. Did a very nice job. No paint splatters around. I would hire them again. They very reasonably priced."
