"I've been using Executive Maids for a couple of years now, and I can say without reservation or hesitation that they're the absolute best. They're the first and only cleaning service I've ever used that I've never had to complain about or do detail work after, and on top of the superlative job they do they're also unfailingly pleasant and reliable. Their organization is remarkably professional, and has been from the very first. When I contacted them for a price quote they explained the way that their pricing works (they clean the house a few times to get a feel for how much cleaning needs to be done/time will be taken and then provide a final price going forward). Their pricing is extremely competitive, which in and of itself is a shock considering the great job that they do. They call the day before their scheduled visit to provide a half-hour window for their arrival, and on cleaning day they always let me know if something has come up to delay them or to ask if it's alright for them to arrive early. They also give me a heads-up call ten minutes before their arrival so that I can crate my dogs (my preference, not theirs). Once in my home they provide just the right combination of friendliness and diligence. Though there is a core team, there are occasional new faces: whether first timers or familiar, they are always friendly, then get right to work, with each team member assigned a specific set of tasks that they coordinate upon arrival. Their cleaning is organized and meticulous, and once the team is done the supervisor checks everything before asking me to do the same. They leave with a smile. I also appreciate the cooperation and flexibility that they exhibit: if I need to change the schedule they always try their best. They are also gracious and good-humored about the fact that my husband and I both work from home. They allow us our space and work quietly, then when it's time for us to clear out so they can take care of the rooms that we're occupying, they gently point us to a room that they've finished so that we can all get our work done! It would take more than my two hands to count the number of cleaning services my husband and I have used in our lives, and up until Executive Maids I've found the same sad pattern with each: they do a terrific job for a month or three, then things start to fall off ... the honeymoon is over and the attention to detail fades. There's always been the sense that once our business is assured we're being taken for granted. This has not been the case with Executive Maids. We have always felt that we are valued, and their service has remained at the same consistently high level they exhibited at the start. I recommend them highly."

It was very reasonable for the work done to the vacuum and let me just say the vacuum runs better than like new. It is only one year old and I can't explain how much better it runs now.
