"I have used USA fence twice in the past three years! We moved and needed a full fenced in yard and after my first experience there was no question that I would use them again. The entire team was incredibly responsive, professional, respectful, and just really hard working good people. They were patient with my many questions and changes and were flexible when we had a permitting issue with the town conservation department. The team spent time creating custom fence gates for a tricky slanted zone and it looks flawless. Their work is quickly but so well- our fence (actually both!) looked phenomenal. After a rough storm a tree fell on our fence and USA Fence was there within the week to repair. I will recommend USA fence to everyone for not only their professionalism and service but also for their product quality and appearance. I truly can not say enough good things about USA Fence- they are the best!"

"It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."

"From the quote to the follow up I was so happy with the entire process. The work is not contracted out. It was done by the family who owns the company and their employees. They were quick, considerate and accommodating to the fact I had other work going on and they had to deal with dig safe because of the gas pipeline in my yard. The price was great and right on target with my numerous other quotes. They had a wonderful selection of fences and actually listened and asked questions. I have done a lot of work on my house and this company far exceeds any of the contractors I have used so far. So much so that I have never written a review before. They just did such a great job I think other people need to know!"

"We hired the group to dig up a large area of bamboo and take a tree down. They were the only group I could find that would take on the bamboo removal. A back hoe was used to dig up the bamboo and I think the job was done fairly well. However, The roots were largely not removed so the bamboo came back up in full force after a month. Bamboo is difficult to eradicate, so we expected this. My main complaint is regarding the payment. They did not accept credit cards and although they accepted checks, they would not accept my out of state check. They did not want to wait 2 days for my check to clear. It was suggested that I could pay at Walmart, which I was not willing to do. The final solution, after much discussion was a Venmo payment, not to the company but to a specific person who I never met. I requested a receipt with the company name on it and never received it. I have hired numerous contractors for various reasons over the past 30 years and have never experienced such a problem over payment. This experience was bizarre. I would not hire them again."
