"Jack Hocking came out to our property to evaluate our current wood fence and provide a quote for some needed repairs, including replacing and re-setting a couple of posts, replacing two gates, and other general repair work, as well as replacing two pergolas.  He arrived on time, was professional and thorough with his evaluation. <br /> The problem arrived when he said he have a quote emailed to me within two days.  I didn't receive anything either via email, or via regular mail.  I sent a follow up email about 2 weeks later or so, and I did receive something back saying that I would have the information I needed within a couple of days, there had been a family emergency so things were a bit delayed.  That's fine, I understand.  We weren't looking to star the work immediately anyway, so a couple of weeks wasn't a big deal. <br /> Two more weeks passed, and nothing.  I followed up with a phone call.  Someone <em>acted </em>very concerned and promised that they'd get right back to me.  Still, nothing.  <br /> Then about a month later, I happened to be driving through Pembroke and unexpectedly went past their store/location.  I had a couple of minutes, so I stopped by to see if I could wrestle the information out.  Jack wasn't there, and after a few minutes, someone came out to help me.  I explained the situation, and again, they acted concerned, took down my name and number, and promised that they'd get back to me later that afternoon or first thing the following day.  And guess what...yup, you got it!  Radio Silence.  <br /> I'm not sure if they deemed my job too small, or not worth their time.  If so, that's fine, just tell me.  From the other reviews, it seems as though they (might?) do good work if you can get them to actually get back to you with a quote.  Though if they install fences with the same urgency they show with potential customers, I can't imagine anyone gets their fence actually put up.  <br /> The unfortunate thing is that I contacted them based upon a strong recommendation from Thayer Nursery here in Milton.  Unfortunately, not only does their lack of caring (because that's obviously what it is) look bad on themselves, it also reflects poorly on the business that recommended them.  I know if I were Thayer Nursery, I wouldn't recommend them again to any of my customers! <br />"

"The fence was fine, but many years after the install I attempted to fix an issue that I assumed was caused buy the ground settling, I discovered what in my opinion was a **** poor installation. I had mistakenly assumed that all of the posts for the vinyl fence would have been installed and set in concrete BELOW frost level. When I started to work on the issue of the corner of the fence sagging I discovered that the corner post was cut off 1 inch below ground level and not set in cement which i paid for. After a few years of struggling with the fence gate I discovered the issue with the poorly installed corner post. So, I called Sweezy fence in Whitman mass to report the issue I got a response that I would hope other customers don't get. " Bla Bla Bla - we've been in business for 50 years, and this isn't our mistake". I fixed the issue with a days worth of labor, but wasn't happy with the shoddy installation of the corner post. Look at the attached picture and ask if this is how you would like your fence to look."

"IT was great! I have never had a problem working with this company. The people (from the customer service reps to the billing to the drivers) have all been honest and realistic with expectations, answered all of my questions and never charged me more than what is advertised on their website. Patricia and Victoria have gone out of their way to return my many phone calls on the weekends too. You just don't get customer service these days anymore like the bullbag provides.They came when they said they would, did what they said they would do and did it professionally and pleasantlly. It is a pleasure working with such an honest and reputable company. Especially since the dumpster industry has not been know for this! These guys are definitely setting the bar high for all their competition."
