I called him and left a message to get an estimate, he called me back two hours later, we set something up, and a few days later showed up, took notes, went home and gave me a written proposal the next morning. You get what you pay for, and I got more than I paid for, he went out of his way to take care of a few things that needed to be done that we didnâ t even discuss, and the best part, no extra hidden charge, which I totally appreciated! "Been trying to find a contractor since january 2020, every rain lost sleep, finally found someone who understands roofing and the concept of proper flashing I can sleep now , the work was impeccable I work for a major commercial builder in NJ. Could have had one of the companies that work for me repair this. I needed someone I thought could work on my custom stone home Built by my uncle, the stone work on this home cannot be replicated, Every stone on the house was hand cut by my uncle, took him 4 years to do the stone work, I had hand full of contractors show up and never heard from again, contacted the big companies on Angie's list to be told not interested want to do full roof install, Then I met ozzy was reluctant to use due to amount of time on Angie's with so few reviews, but I read every one of these reviews and felt there is a man who works with intergerty, I finally met him Felt comfortable he was the company I needed hired him It was a very complicated repair ,and was done efficiently and properly The crew worked at a nice pace not rushing to leave, took their Tim with the details that cause leaks , end of the day When they were gone you never knew they were there roof and area cleaner than when they arrived. Its a shame this company has so few reviews . I will recommend, will use again, If you want your job done and done correctly go no further I been building for 35+ years and know how its done correctly. The damage to this house was caused by z sub that worked for me 20 years ago, and did not listen to how I wanted the flashing Done, to busy to do correctly and rushing to go home You need it done hire omr he is on the job and his crew know how to function as a team Couldn't be happier next storm I won't be worrying"

"From start to finish Gennaro and his team were beyond excellent. Friendly and very hardworking, they were happy to answer any questions and kept us informed of the work being done with explanations on how it was being done. Our home is built on an uneven concrete slab and in terrible condition where we could not lay flooring without the issue being fixed. Well Gennaro and his team fixed the issue, levelled our floor and laid approximately 400sq ft of tile. My explanation doesn't go anywhere near to say how much work this actually was but they handled it very quickly. I will definitely hire Gennaro again for any future work I need doing, and have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who wants quality work done in their home or business. Thank you so much Gennaro if it wasn't for you and your team we would still be turning in circles not knowing how to fix the issue we had."

"I moved into my house about two years ago and would get floods in my basement during every storm. I tried to fix it myself environmentally, but failed in my attempts. I then decided to finally fix the problem and get my basement waterproofed. Being relatively new to Delaware, I put in a request to get free estimates. I had a few companies come out to look at it and narrowed my choices down. I was down to Basement Waterproofing Specialists (BWS) and Basement Gurus. The difference was the representative from Basement Gurus had a more natural approach and took the time to ask numerous questions, as the other representatives asked little to no questions. The Basement Gurus representative suggested to fix internally AND externally, plus they even added a lateral system in my basement. No other company felt to even thought of a lateral systems or external drainage, or to even ask about it. I could not speak more highly of the representative and his team at Basement Gurus, they took the time to explain every step and the process before and during the installation to keep me involved with what was going on. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of my house, they were very efficient and they "did not play games" for lack of a better word. lol The very next day we had heavy rains, which I was excited to test out my waterproofing system! During and after it rained there was not even a single drop of water in my basement or laundry room. The representative even had his team remove and replace all of the studs that had become moldy and also put in new mold resistant drywall. Basement Gurus treated us as if we were family and for anyone looking to get waterproofing done in their house, call Basement Gurus, they truly stand themselves apart from the competition!"

"Except for the fact that it took longer than anticipated, I could not be happier with the results and the impeccable servive. Jeff has a dedicated crew that does great work. I did find a few things that I asked to be changed or improved and there was never a problem and no extra charge. In addition, Jeff researched at length to get us the best way to install a fireplace and chimney. This guy is a GEM!"
