"Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived on time, did a complete walk through and explained the process. I like Toms system of charging by the hour ( $45 per man) rather than an over inflated number guaranteed to protect the contractor. He did not mark up the materials either. He and his crew (which included his son who ran the project) worked diligently, they were punctual and professional. The completed job was a work of art. Tom communicated daily and was always available to answer any questions. From the time I first met Tom I was impressed by his sincerity, knowledge and honesty. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"I hired Luzerne Renovations to replace old wood paneling walls and an old drop in grid style ceiling with drywall. A ceiling light/fan was also installed. I am very happy with the work that was done! Chris was very professional and maintained great communication each step of the way. I was given options to pick from during the estimate process, which I greatly appreciated. And then when I wasnâ t available to be there when they finished, he texted me photos so I could see the final product. The attention to detail was fantastic. They thoroughly cleaned up each day. When they installed the drywall, they also made sure to position the outlets in much better spots (from right at floor level to ~1 foot above the floor). The room looks a million times better! Overall, I highly recommend Luzerne Renovations and am planning to hire them again in the future."

"I felt cared for throughout the process. The water damage to my house was pretty extensive requiring months of work. I was kept well informed of where we were throughout the process & Gennaro worked beautifully with an outside mediation company needed b/c of problems with my homeowners insurance company. At this point, I still need to sue the roofer that caused the water damage & Gennaro will be there with me for that phase, too. Gennaro & his team do wonderful work. I couldn't be more pleased with them."
