"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"I hired Luzerne Renovations to replace old wood paneling walls and an old drop in grid style ceiling with drywall. A ceiling light/fan was also installed. I am very happy with the work that was done! Chris was very professional and maintained great communication each step of the way. I was given options to pick from during the estimate process, which I greatly appreciated. And then when I wasnâ t available to be there when they finished, he texted me photos so I could see the final product. The attention to detail was fantastic. They thoroughly cleaned up each day. When they installed the drywall, they also made sure to position the outlets in much better spots (from right at floor level to ~1 foot above the floor). The room looks a million times better! "Showed up on time and were flexible as to the job being changed to a different location.  I was charged and additional $75 for exposing cover of tank, which took less than 2 minutes.  They defined it as digging to expose the cover, about 4" below grade.  I thought this was a bit excessive.

"They were very responsive and got the job I asked for done quickly, which is much more than I have gotten from other contractors. However, they did not use caution and banged on the side of my house enough to break some of my most beloved things in another room that I've had my whole life. I had to glue one back together and the other is gone forever. They also didn't do a good job with the flooring and had to come back and fix it. But their fix was a bit haphazard. I still don't feel totally comfortable with what was done, but I'm glad they did it. Also one of the workers ghosted my mom after she paid for landscaping."
