After some frantic phone calls to roofing companies, Roofx responded right away and even sent someone out on a Saturday to look at my roof. There was a hole in my roof and due to it being old slate tile, it couldn't be repaired. The Roofx team was amazing, especially Tiffany, Ron, and Mark. It took about two weeks to schedule them to come out to replace my roof, due to financing and having to wait for a break in the weather. But my new roof was done in one day and they did an amazing job."

"To Whom It May Concern: As in my previous review with my first house, HGE roof and gutters comes highly recommended! Especially for anyone who has had to contend with contractor "ghosting"! In our experience, HGE "hit it out of the park" on the my first and then again on the second house a week later! The professionalism and workmanship of the roofing and gutter team, was top of the line. They wrapped up in a couple of days, fulfilling on their promised - "turn-around", delivering a high quality roof and gutter system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results at both homes! Where we did have an issue, HGE's Project Coordinator Emily D. owned the problem through to resolution! There was some driveway damage when the dumpster was delivered at the second home. And when I sent the picture to Emily D. she jumped on it and over a few weeks, coordinated between the dumpster and asphalt companies until repair was scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. In summary, it was truly a pleasure to meet with Matt C. for the preliminary assessment and contracting for both projects. He is an avid professional who confidently and tactfully shared product and company information; the HGE and Owens-Corning product and the workmanship warrantees. The logistics were expertly coordinated by Emily D., her particular professionalism and work ethic. As noted, she went "above an beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction, getting the driveway damage resolved, keeping us informed through-out, so our concerns were at a minimum through completion of the repair work. Again, the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The best part, No Contractor nightmares and where there were issues, HGE owned it!"

"The whole job was amazing. Start to finish I could not say better things about this company. We received our estimate with an amazing price for the scope of work that was to be completed. Alexis in the office was great in getting everything organized and answered all of our questions. Customer service was excellent, great communication and follow up. Rolando really really nice guy and for the roof crew, what can I say. WOW!! They were great and started promptly 7am, I have decent size roof, the whole job completed in one day. 2 layer tear off, roof, fascia, soffits, gutters!!!! Amazing !! Plus, their attention to detail and highly very impressed with the clean up afterwards. The guys went around several times while cleaning up, collecting stray nails, raked additional debris out of my lawn and leaf blower for the rest. I definitely recommend LUNA SIDING and ROOFING! "Tom and Matt came by to side my house (and garage), put in new windows, and rip off the old roof and put a new one on. Attention to detail was impeccable. All of our neighbors were impressed with the work, and would often stop by to see the guys work their magic. They got here early every day, busted their butts, and always made sure to clean up before they left. Bonus, if there was pizza and a beer as the light at the end of the tunnel, they would always put in a few extra hours. Great guys. I will be using All Phases again for my next project."
