"I first called about a non-working toilet, spoke to Michael, and he actually came out the same day. We had had a blizzard and lost power for 5 days. We have a water well, so without electricity there was no plumbing. When the power came back on, dirt from the well apparently got into a lot of things. The toilet was one of them. He cleaned the tank all out, as well as the mechanism, tried it, and it seemed working fine. The next time I tried it, the tank wouldn't fill.
