I called him and left a message to get an estimate, he called me back two hours later, we set something up, and a few days later showed up, took notes, went home and gave me a written proposal the next morning. You get what you pay for, and I got more than I paid for, he went out of his way to take care of a few things that needed to be done that we didnâ t even discuss, and the best part, no extra hidden charge, which I totally appreciated! "We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"Been trying to find a contractor since january 2020, every rain lost sleep, finally found someone who understands roofing and the concept of proper flashing I can sleep now , the work was impeccable I work for a major commercial builder in NJ. Could have had one of the companies that work for me repair this. I needed someone I thought could work on my custom stone home Built by my uncle, the stone work on this home cannot be replicated, Every stone on the house was hand cut by my uncle, took him 4 years to do the stone work, I had hand full of contractors show up and never heard from again, contacted the big companies on Angie's list to be told not interested want to do full roof install, Then I met ozzy was reluctant to use due to amount of time on Angie's with so few reviews, but I read every one of these reviews and felt there is a man who works with intergerty, I finally met him Felt comfortable he was the company I needed hired him It was a very complicated repair ,and was done efficiently and properly The crew worked at a nice pace not rushing to leave, took their Tim with the details that cause leaks , end of the day When they were gone you never knew they were there roof and area cleaner than when they arrived. Its a shame this company has so few reviews . I will recommend, will use again, If you want your job done and done correctly go no further I been building for 35+ years and know how its done correctly. The damage to this house was caused by z sub that worked for me 20 years ago, and did not listen to how I wanted the flashing Done, to busy to do correctly and rushing to go home You need it done hire omr he is on the job and his crew know how to function as a team Couldn't be happier next storm I won't be worrying"

"I felt cared for throughout the process. The water damage to my house was pretty extensive requiring months of work. I was kept well informed of where we were throughout the process & Gennaro worked beautifully with an outside mediation company needed b/c of problems with my homeowners insurance company. At this point, I still need to sue the roofer that caused the water damage & Gennaro will be there with me for that phase, too. Gennaro & his team do wonderful work. I couldn't be more pleased with them."

"PRO: For installing an interior French drain, while it was pouring outside, the crew was extremely clean. Both my yard and interior of my house was left with only minor evidence of the work. PRO: The initial consultation with Phil Thistle was informative and provided me with piece of mind in terms of the project and projected outcome. It seemed as though we would have support throughout the project. PRO: Owen Dan Kelly is very dedicated to the quality of his company and the work they do. Once he found out about some of the concerns I had with the project, he remedied them immediately. I was very impressed with the attention he provides his customers. CON: Communication. Up to the install, I was in constant contact with the company about timing and expectations. However, as soon as the install began and then directly after, I was on my own. There seemed to be no one overseeing the install, just the crew doing the work. Also, there were miscommunications about the project throughout the install; the crew was asking me for direction on installation steps I have no background on. CON: Support. Again, as soon as the install was complete, that was it. Phil showed me images of pictures he took with satisfied customers on past installs, making me feel that he was dedicated to the project's success. However, after the consultation, even though he was copied on various emails about some of my concerns, he never got back in touch. In addition, no one ever contacted me to see if I had questions about the finished product, to see how everything turned out, or if there was anything else I needed. CON: Timing. The crew was on-time for the install both days, however, the schedule was more impactful to my routine than expected. The crew worked 9AM - 3PM only on Day 1. However, to finish in 2 days, they worked 8:30AM - 7:30PM on Day 2. As I have a small child, having construction still happening after 7:30PM was difficult, but more so was confusing as Day 1 ended so early."

"Except for the fact that it took longer than anticipated, I could not be happier with the results and the impeccable servive. Jeff has a dedicated crew that does great work. I did find a few things that I asked to be changed or improved and there was never a problem and no extra charge. In addition, Jeff researched at length to get us the best way to install a fireplace and chimney. This guy is a GEM!"
