"Amanda told me the 'lifetime warranty' may not apply in certain storm-related situations (such as being within a certain distance of a named storm), which, based on my understanding, could limit coverage soon after installation in Florida. On my prior home, the gutters leaked at the seams from the time they were installed. I was also told by the President/owner of a Premier bay area roofing compmay that they previously used this company as a subcontractor but stopped due to reported installation-quality concerns and refusal to fix issues."
