"LG frig ice maker not working. Excellent customer service experience from start to finish so far. Was able to get a service appt pretty quickly considering holiday time frame. Got a confirmation call night before appt. Richard was on time, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Turns out I need a new fan which has to be ordered but Richard found a local supplier with one in stock. Have followup call scheduled to install to get us back up and running. Great service run by good people. I will definitely refer them to anyone with a service need. Wish more service companies were like this one (;"

"Based upon a misdiagnosis from another company, having my refrigerator 'down' for about a month was a big inconvenience! Having talked to Mr. Appliance of Howard County's customer service, shortly thereafter, the owner of the company gave me a call personally to tell me why he felt likely I had been given a misdiagnosis to correct my problem. He gave me four other possible reasons to correct my issue and felt a service call to re-diagnose was what really was needed. The technician that was sent out gave a correct diagnosis, and shortly thereafter when the part was received another appointment was made to install the correct part. The $$ they saved me and a quick turn-around due to one of the much lessor costly parts/labor was much appreciated! I'll be quick to call them again in the future for any kind of appliance repair that might be needed,"

"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. I really do wish I hadn't let another repair service waste a week and that I had simply found Repair Tech Plus first. "We have a contract that we pay monthly for any plumbing and appliance repair, like a home warranty. The guy came out the second time and told my wife that if they couldn't get it fixed they would buy a new dishwasher. So they rank very highly on my scale. 

What I like about them is that they do get the job done, but what I don't like is that you can describe in as much detail on the website what the problem is. But it's kinda hit or miss on whether they are have the necessary parts to fix the particular appliance. They almost always have to do second call or buy a part. So like with our dishwasher, they came out and sort of diagnosed the problem but they had to get the motor and things so you can be another week or 10 days with out the dishwasher. Which is not the end of the world. I understand why they don't do that because it could be expensive to buy the parts for all of the different machines that you are servicing."

I felt they were fair and honest and explained all the steps of what needed to done! I’m very happy with how it turned out.
