"There are not enough stars to rate Hudson Plumbing. Every time a plumber is called by a customer, it is viewed by the customer as an emergency. That, is also the view of Hudson Plumbing. Our issue was a 99% clog from the house to the sewer, backing up into our basement...on Easter Sunday. I called, they answered! AND they came out to try and open the line. Luck was not on my side this time. It couldn't be cleared and would need to be dug up and replaced. Chad, who also ran the work crew, took some photos and said he would have someone call the next morning to discuss the project. I got that call the next morning, discussed the project and got the ball rolling. They were able to move other projects around to start and finish my project the next day. Chad was back out with his crew the next morning. Chad ran his crew like a well oiled machine, completing the entire project in 3 hours! They worked with a sense of urgency without rushing. They ensured that each step in the process was done correctly before moving on the the next. Chad answered every question I had, explaining what was happening, how it was going to happen and WHY it needed to be done. This man knows his craft! Hudson Plumbing viewed my emergency as their emergency and made my house whole. Throughout the entire experience I was treated as family and not just a customer. Knowledge - 5 stars.
