We initially contacted just the top two Foundation Repair Experts listed on Angie's List because we can't afford to have our home repaired by anyone who lacks the proper credentials, staff, tools, training, techniques, supplies, 25 year transferrable warranty, and the hands on experience to deliver all services as promised. We are extremely pleased with the final results to take back our homes basement from poor workmanship done by the original builder and owner of our home back in 1979 We purchased the home in 2001 and unknown to us the foundation had been placed on top of clay based sub-soil which was an acceptable building practice back in 1979. Today's building codes prohibit this careless and costly practice of home site preparation for the homeowner. "Dug holes in garage slab to connect plates from outside to inside with threaded rod and filled holes with concrete.  My task was to use large wrench they provided to tighten the nuts on the outside after concrete had time to set.  One wall was over 1/2 inch from slab before tightening and the other was over 1/4 inch.  After a few weeks I had the gap for both too small to measure.  Over 6 months later and all is well.  Very professional job."

They were almost half the cost of the other guys who quoted our job. They added new concrete footers,new posts and reinforced the joists in my old basement beefier lifting it a bit.
