"Not in the least bit impressed. I have a whirlpool refrigerator with in door ice and water dispensers. Recently the ice maker stopped making ice, so i called A Action Appliance Repair. They sent out a repairman a couple days later, he spent about a half hour or so diagnosing the problem and told me the door needed to be replaced. The estimate was 1500.00 for the door plus tax, shipping and installation. I paid less than 1300.00 for the refrigerator itself so I declined the repairs but still had to pay 140.00 for the service call. A day or so later I decided to look into it myself and found some videos online to diagnose the problem. Turns out the icemaker needed replacement, I ordered a new one and installed it myself, 90.00 in parts and a little bit of my time and my fridge is making ice. I wish I had taken it upon myself instead of hiring a "professional." I would not recommend this company."
