However, they recommended a water heater that would not have been suitable for my volume of use and would have been inefficient. That required two changes in the work. Fortunately I was paying attention, and they cheerfully did the changes. In addition, I authorized a partial payment on my credit card to start the work. When they finished the job, they made another charge for the balance without my authorization. I was satisfied with the final job, and they were entitled to be paid, but I did not like being charged the second time without being asked. So, in the end, they were very fast and pleasant, and they did good plumbing, but it was a bit of a struggle. I recommend them and would use them again, but you have to pay attention."
