"I had met with the owner of Bottoms Up, Gwyny a few weeks prior...she was very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel confident that her team would do a great job. They did. Her 3 man crew arrived on time and after I showed them the trees, they immediately began their work. They were all so friendly, courteous, hard working, and very meticulous...after they left, the trees looked great, and the area around the trees was completely cleaned up and tidy....the only evidence that they had been there, was that the trees looked perfect! "It was ok. They weren't so quick on responsiveness. I didn't really interact with them much. 

It's not that they gave bad service, I just didn't think they were that great. I have a little patch of grass I thought that they could have thrown a couple more seeds on top of. They came out to aerate, but there there is a section of my grass that they could of spent a little more care on. They were out there anyways. Seemed like they just ran their little machine and took off.  

They did do the soil analysis. It seemed like they were in a rush.

"First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.
