"In early August 2024 Roy Kisos of Atlantic View Builders Inc completed the entire remodeling of the kitchen and bathroom in our West Palm Beach condo. We highly recommend Roy and Atlantic View Builders Inc for those considering a remodeling project in southeast Florida. The fabulous work of Roy’s team is reflected in the four pictures below. We can not overstate how pleased and happy we are with our new kitchen and bathroom at such a reasonable price. Just as important, it was so easy and stress-free to work with Roy, even as we were living out of state for the duration of the project. He clearly explained the challenges that came up as the project unfolded and provided solutions. He always kept us informed. "As an association board member, I was looking for a licensed and insured handyman, who would be available when we needed repairs for our 4 floor, 30-unit building. They needed to be responsible and experienced in a multitude of jobs. I also needed someone who would also be available for a unit owner if needed. I got calls asking what I needed to fix and what I wanted to pay but no one would come out to SEE what needed to be done. Roger Camacho of The Grove Handyman called me and came over to look over our building. He handed me copies of his certification and insurance then sent me a quote. He did his first job; replacing over 125 lightbulbs in the building, including the garage. He cleaned each fixture, fixed what needed fixing and replaced each bulb. Everyone noticed the difference! He was persistent in resolving a leaky window that flooded a unit. Not a drop through the rainy season. Roger communicates well and responds to calls. He is responsible, honest and a talented person when it comes to resolving problems. He redid my master bath, took out the old whirlpool tub, removed the old tile floor and replaced all the wallboard. From electrical to plumbing to retiling the tub area and the floor, I am in love with my new bathroom. I cannot express the trust and respect I have for his character and integrity. I will never hesitate to recommend Roger to anyone."

"Michael Gomez and Unique Bath are crooks! They sold me this dream and promised to fix the issues presented to them, but have been avoiding me. Check out BBB, they were revoked for all of the complaints, do your due diligence before hiring a contractor, I am warning you!!!! When uncovering the vanity and toilet that was covered in plastic sheeting, it revealed a large chip out of my vessel sink bowl and a large chip out of the top of my toilet tank. While installing the glass contractors dropped the glass while in my brand-new shower and shattered the glass and caused a significant amount of damage to my brand-new shower, that I have not even gotten to use yet. Now I have glass everywhere, blood everywhere and a damaged bathroom! I spoke with one of the owners, Alex and he stated that a new glass panel was being rush ordered for next day installation. I remained calm, as at this time I was worried about the glass contractorsâ hand that had a deep gash. They did attempt to clean up the glass and blood as much as they could, however there was so much left for me to clean and deal with afterwards. After cleaning up as much glass as I could, I notated the damage that was apparent and contacted Erika and did not get a response. The next day I was told the glass was being picked up at 11:30am and I was antsy and rushed home from work to await the delivery and install of the new glass. I waited until 4pm to contact Erika to find out what was going on and was then told that the glass was in fact not ready and that it wouldnâ t be ready until the following Monday or Tuesday. By this time, a month from the start date of the project has elapsed. I then again addressed the damage in the bathroom and was told it was forwarded to the owners and it would be addressed the following week. By now I am feeling that my concerns and are being brushed off as though it does not matter that they have damaged my vanity, toilet, brand new shower, walls, sink and shower faucet. I have also made them aware several times that the shower is leaking and now that they are paid in full, they seem to not care!!! As of today 09/25/23, over a year has passed and these items have not been corrected, although I have been promised on several occasions that they would be! BEWARE!!!"
