"I have patiently waited to see if they finally finish my job from September 2024, it is now March 26, 2025 and they continue to delay, excuse after excuse. Their focus is for commercial jobs, not residential. Residential work is pushed out without warning or communication until they have time. Their back-office team has no coordination or communication skills as I have to continually follow-up, and push for updates. The sales person I worked with is no longer with them, that is another story. Their install team (I had the Pergola installed, still waiting for other work), is excellent once they are scheduled. What is frustrating is that they require a large deposit up front and then sit on it for months before any progress is made. I DO NOT recommend Valrose for residential work at all."

I have an open building permit for my home dating back to 2024 that has yet to be closed because they left the job unfinished and never responded again. We paid them 50% of the total cost; they would come to work one day a week, only to go weeks without showing up again. I am still waiting for the doors and windows?which, according to Ms. Danila, were ordered in October 2024. All in all, this company is a complete scam, and they are unprofessional."
