That "company" took our money (over $2000) and never stepped foot on our property, we never recovered our losses! We were quite soured over the whole experience. Simon Roofing was a Blessing! Ian exhibited extreme professionalism, a clear and concise knowledge of his business, and excelled in communication skills, "listening" to my concerns about my poor barn that needed some TLC. A 50 x 100ft barn with 14ft sidewalls built about 15 years ago. I really appreciated the pictures and video of repairs made to my barn and house roof. I would never be able to "see" that for myself without his pictures and videos. :) I don't do heights! Out of 3 Contractors, Ian was the only one that actually responded, and communicated and followed thru. Outstanding and refreshing! Ian understood, my need for immediate repairs due to previous wind damage with impending weather and wind. He provided quick and precise quotes with prompt answers to any questions I had. He provided clear and concise quotes for other projects I asked him to address. He emailed a very user-friendly agreement to sign and there was absolutely no pressure to sign. His Crew was Professional and went right to work and wasted no time getting my repairs completed. They worked on my Barn the day before Thanksgiving and headed for Family in Texas once my repairs were completed. I appreciate them very much and hope they had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mother Nature tested their work the very next day and I experienced NO leaks or loose metal rattles! It was a great feeling! Thank you to Simon Roofing! "This was a very large commercial interior painting job - large kitchen, restrooms, clubhouse w/wood trim, ceilings, doors and a lot of trim work. Jim showed up on time to give me a bid on the job. He is very knowledgeable regarding painting and has great suggestions. He said this job would take him 4 - 6 weeks to complete. It took Jim a month - 22 days {8-10 hrs/day] to complete this job which was 2 weeks sooner than we had expected. He took time and care in prepping which paid off in the long run. The walls, which had a lot of holes in them from pictures, looked brand new when he was finished. He painted over paneling and it looks amazing. "This is a family owned company in business for generations and they take pride in not only knowing their product but also in their work. When I first called & talked to Denise she spent half an hour describing the product and referred me to a website that was incredibly helpful in making a decision on our roofing material and installer. <br /> Because of fires and wet or windy weather in Colorado the work was delayed from the original install date but it was well worth waiting for. Lianro took care of everything from an estimate that was fair and was not exceeded, getting the permit and inspection, tearing off & disposing of the old roof, the construction of a new roof line (thanks Bruce) and installing the new roof.  <br /> They had a dumpster brought out for disposing of all the trash and did a very nice job cleaning up around the perimeter of the house. The crew was courteous, professional and worked very hard to do a beautiful job.  <br /> Our neighbor decided to replace his roof at the same time and is also very happy with the product and their work. <br /> The VersaShield layed under the roof will keep our home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. and the roofing material used, Metro stone coated metal roof, lowered our home insurance rate by half and is top rated.   <br /> We are so very happy with Llanro Roofing and would highly recommend them.
