"Arrived quickly and fixed my door in 45 minutes. I highly recommend A-1!"

"Good work professional on time"

"Steve did his thing from start to finish and by hisself getting me a garage door up in two days from start to finish. This door definitely gave my home another look I wasn’t ready for! Thanks Steve for your service at my home!"

"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"You can trust all the great reviews for Crescent City Garage Door on Angie’s List. As many of the other reviews mention, they were very friendly, courteous, and professional. They untangled and tensioned the cables, got the door back on the rails, straightened some minor damage, adjusted the torsion spring and opener drive belt, and lubricated everything for $120. My garage door opens and closes more smoothly and quietly than ever before! If you like dealing with fair and honest people, give Crescent City a call when you need garage door service."

"It was fast estimate and easy to setup install they were in and out all in a few hours ! I love the insulated door"

"Kevin promptly returned my call. He was courteous and direct. When the garage door malfunctioned again two days after they replaced the spring, they returned, corrected the problem (which was a different part), and did not charge me again!"

"Great service, timely and well done. Only complaint is the service mechanic said I looked like Chef Ramsey and I couldn't fell out if he was being facetious or serious... There was a injury from a young child during the repair, that was done in the service area. It was reported as minor but I wanted to put it here."

"I could not be there at the time he was to come so I left the garage open. He came, fixed everything, tuned up the door and left everything working better than before. He quoted me a price and he stuck to the quote.
