Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing installers and replacers in Pontiac, MI

"A-1 top notch roof replacement. The entire process was user friendly from sales and scheduling all the way through to the actual physical work. The crew showed up every day when they said they would and worked many long hours with high energy, focus & enthusiasm. The work area was constantly cleared of debris throughout the roofing process in a highly orchestrated and efficient manner. All personnel were friendly and courteous. The job was a large one and the finished product is a work of high quality and beauty. Would definitely hire again for a roofing replacement, repair, gutter cleanout or whatever else they do. I'm convinced that anything they do will be done with a high degree of precision and efficiency at fair and reasonable pricing."

"Of the dozen or so companies I called, Richards & Swift Roofing was the only one that didn’t try to push unnecessary work or inflate the price. Jim, the owner, personally came out for the quote, a stark contrast to the usual “salesmen” other companies send. Jim told me exactly what needed to be done—no more, no less. He reminded me of my grandfather, who was also in the trade. Both of them are the kind of people whose handshake/word something. Him and his crew replaced my roof and gutters with precision, speed, and care. No stress. No surprises. No shortcuts. Just honest work, done honestly. People like Jim don’t exist anymore. If you need a roofing professional you can trust, this is who you call. When the work was finished the only evidence of it was that my roof looked brand new; he also brought my kids gift bags with stuffed animals and coloring books which is honestly the kind of nicety and thoughtfulness that’s usually missing from the the world. "Ridgecon Construction - Above All Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. I lost shingles during March's windstorm; they arrived quickly for an emergency tarping. They were kind, patient, and worked extremely well with my insurance company. No upsell at all! They quoted exactly what I needed and did a fantastic job! Brought me up to code (it was a very old roof), got the job finished as promised, and their cleanup was wonderful. My home feels better since the air quality has improved, and I highly recommend them! It is a family-owned and local business, and I know I made the right choice. The city inspector said they have never had problems with them and they do a great job. This was a big decision, and I know I made the right choice! My neighbors were very impressed, and so was I!"

Thank you for your interest in Sargent Roofing for your home’s exterior maintenance and upgrades. I am all too familiar with the hesitancy homeowners have when it comes to hiring a contractor to work on their property. The fear of a job being done incorrectly or at an unfair price can cause homeowners to not know where to turn or which contractors they can trust. Worse yet, even referrals from family and neighbors have had disastrous outcomes!\n\nFirst, allow me to put your mind at ease with our customer reviews. I believe reading about your neighbors’ experiences speaks volumes about Sargent Roofing. Second, we offer free, no obligation, no high-pressure estimates so you can have your issue addressed by an expert and not just another salesman. Third, I stand behind Sargent Roofing because my name is on the line!\n\nAs we are a quickly growing company, I strive for excellence at every level of our business operations. From precisely fitted seamless gutters to only using premium gutter guards with rubber soffit protection, you will quickly see we take pride in our work. Please call our office and see how we deliver on our promise.\n\n

"The new roof looks awesome. This company was amazing from the sales to the install team. Justin was very clear about what was in the roofing package that I got and the production team of devan, lauren, and Walter were very kind and efficient!"

After more than a decade in the industry, we kept seeing the same pattern: owners overpromised, underdelivered, and left both crews and customers scrambling. Too much energy went into marketing and lead generation—and customers quietly paid for it. That frustration is why we started Verified Roofing & Siding.\n\nWe’re built differently. We show up, listen to what you actually need, and inspect the project thoroughly—scope, materials, and measurements—so the quote we give you is accurate, honest, and designed to solve the real problem.\n\nBecause we keep overhead lean and skip the big marketing budget, you don’t subsidize ads in your price. You get fair pricing, careful workmanship, and respectful treatment from start to finish. Our goal is simple: when the job is done, the experience is so positive that you tell family and friends.

"The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

"Had water leaking in to my house and Will Wittner from Covered Construction INC came out and found a hole punctured through the shingles. He took some spare shingles I had and fixed the leak at no charge. The call back was fast and he came out same day. I will definitely be call him back for any future work I need done. Very professional and helpful. Thanks Will you are a stand up guy. I wish I could give him more stars!!"

"We needed a new roof on our house.  We also needed new skylights.I was referred to Rapid Home Improvement (RHI) from Mark Pytiak of Green Home Energy, who had done some work in my home. I had estimates from 4 different roofing/home improvement companies to which I had been referred.  From my first contact with Mike Beaty of Rapid Home Improvement, I knew this was the company I wanted to use.  Mike Beaty promptly returned my first phone call and came to my house on time to look at my roof on the date we agreed upon.  He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.  He took as much time as I needed to help me understand his recommendations.  He went up on my roof and took pictures to show me where there were holes and shingles missing.  He sent me a very detailed estimate the next day.  He answered all my questions while waiting for me to decide who to use for this job.  He provided references upon request and answered any follow up questions I had.  We negotiated a price for the job that was satisfactory to us both.  His workers showed up on time on the agreed upon start date. The new roof and skylights were installed over 2 days without incident.  The workers cleaned up my property well and nothing was damaged.  One of the solar shades on one of the skylights was not aligned properly.  The worker who was in charge of this part of the job very pleasantly solved the problem once I brought it to his attention.  Mike Beaty followed up in person to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied.  We were very satisfied and have had no problems with the new roof or skylights.
