He listened and adjusted the plans as we discussed changes to his original plan. On the appointed installation date the installers arrived  promptly and showed up promptly each day. They have coordinated with the electrician, the tile contractor, the countertop installers, and the plumber to make sure the job went smoothly and without interruption. "Rickey and the boys have done it again! I have used them several times and will continue to do so. They did a complete gut and remodel of my kitchen, den and laundry room. Quote was pretty accurate other than some things I decided to do more upgrades choices for. They stayed on schedule and cleaned up everyday any mess left behind. Everyone that RNR uses are great (I have used the plumber several times for other jobs at another property). The remodel required taking down a wall, doing floors in 2 rooms, cabinets backsplash, a complete gut. At the end I had a list of a few things that I wanted fixed and they were done immediately. "We were so pleased with John's work.  This was some of the last painting that needed to be done on this house and we couldn't have asked for a better job. I had some painters prior to John that turned a 10 day job into 8 weeks and never finished. So getting John and his crew was a huge blessing.  John is professional, punctual and was very responsive in a timely manner. I met John at the house on July 8th to sign off on the work.  While he was there I showed him where there had been a water leak in a bedroom and told him I thought it was from the AC condenser in the attic. He took a look while he was there, and fix the clogged drain from the pan.  He charged me nothing for fixing the drain. What a guy!!  Most of all he told me when they would start the job and when they would finish. He was absolutely right on the time.  It was nice to have someone who did what they say they are going to do.  I would highly recommend John Horton and will use him in the future."
