"The meeting went very well with the Owner Ramon Rivas. He came out to my house and took pictures of my backyard, and current patio area which is just a slab of cement. After talking with me about what I would like, and showing me pictures to choose from for flooring and the type of patio cover I would like, he took down my preferences, and left with the information. In about 2 weeks I received an email from Ramon with the 3D rendering of what my patio would look like based on my choices. I was really impressed with the drawings.....they really were true to life and he also had trees added along my fence line to give me an idea of how adding trees to the backyard would enhance the landscaping. "Joels fence designs took into consideration style, durability, quality, cost, and functionality.  I had a tentative idea of what I wanted with this project but had specific concerns regarding my very large dogs which Joel addressed extremely well.    Joel listened to what I had to say and walked through it with me on site.  He thought of things I hadn't even considered and made appropriate suggestions to fill the gaps in my plan.  

I had him put in a 6 foot wooden privacy fence with a gate along the back of the property.  In addition, he designed and installed a wrought iron fence around the upper tier of my deck and yard including multiple gates.  Lastly, he built a fence on my side yard to form a dog run including stairs from my upper to lower tiers of my yard. 

Joel was professional, helpful, and extremely responsive.  He ensured all work performed was completed in a timely manner and also that his team cleaned up and left my property in great shape.  He has since followed up to make sure his work has continued to meet my expectations.

I think this should be right out there - His pricing was fair and there were NO HIDDEN ITEMS OR SURPRISES. And yes, I had shopped around - I'm an auditor after all.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.  Thanks Joel
