"Fantastic !!! Cody Irrigation installed new model sprinkler controller box which includes newer control features as well as additional zone for drip system. All watering now completely controlled automatically. Also included approx. 4 yards of specialized topsoil fill around 2-3 feet of foundation and completely re-sodded with grass. Checked and adjusted all sprinkler heads, added new ones where needed and brought in additional mulch for bushes in front of house. Total work crew of 3 and took approx. 2 days to complete. A lot of work for a very reasonable price. Gave me good tutorial on new controller box which is very nice with all the features needed to completely automate watering zones and cycles including foundation drip system. Have used Cody Irrigation for last 7-8 years - work is always very professional, timely and priced to the smallest detail part. The installation went pretty well.  The appointment was for 9AM.  They arrived about 9:30 am, and started doing the prep work right away.  The grass had not arrived from the grass vendor yet, so they finished up and moved to the next job and promised to come back the same day after the grass arrived.  They came back later and finished the installation.  They cleaned up the grass part just fine.  My only comment is that they left a bunch of dirt on my driveway and on our back patio area.  Fortunately, our regular landscape guys came by that day and blew the rest of the dirt away from the patio.  The dirt in the driveway is being slowly blown away and washed away by our landscapers and the rain. 

It's now been two weeks since the installation, and the grass is looking good so far.  We have another 2-4 weeks until we know for sure if the grass will take (fingers crossed!).

"Jeremiah called within a day to schedule the work. He and his crew arrived on schedule. They prepared the top soil, applied fertilizer and properly installed the sod. They even put down slightly more sod than the coupon provided for and then cleaned up all of the mess very nicely. Nice people who did a good job. Would definitely recommend."
