"I called Cody's to fix a pipe that a shady fence company managed to break while replacing my fence. They were booked solid for a while, and apologized for that, but got me on the schedule. They showed up early and got right to work fixing my pipe. I also authorized fixing pretty much anything else wrong with my system. They straightened up quite a few heads, adjusted those that needed adjusting, cleaned some clogged outlets, and fixed a zone that was not working. The damage to the broken pipe clogged several heads and smaller diameter pipes, which they had to replace. My system is now working perfectly, and while I hope nothing breaks on it again if something does happen, I know Cody's will be the first company I contact."

"My experience with Xtreme has been outstandingly pleasant. I contacted them for an estimate to help manage the weeds and fertilization of my lawn, as well as to make some recommendations for erosion control and sprinkler system repair. I stated that I needed an early appointment to reduce my time away from work. I expected the typical 4-hour window for the service appointment. That's when the customer service of this local company really began to shine. Ronnie called around 7:30 am to let me know he was on his way, and showed up a few minutes before 8:00 am (the earliest appointment time was 8 am). He said he saw the note that I needed to go to work, and came early to minimize my inconvenience. We walked the yard and discussed my needs, and he provided a very competitive estimate less than an hour later. He even suggested I NOT spend money on one of the ideas I had for the back yard erosion, and recommended a much more cost effective option. It's still too early to judge how effective the overall treatment program will be. Ronnie stated that it would take about a year before my lawn was back to the thriving and healthy lawn it was several years ago. However, many of the weeds are already gone after just two months of treatment, and the back yard looks better than it has for the last few years. I chose to hire Xtreme for an annual weed control and fertilization plan that includes annual aeration and sulfur treatments. The overall cost was rolled up and divided into a monthly charge of around $50. That's cheaper than I can buy the materials alone, and saves me the time and hassle of having to go to the hardware store. Plus, I don't have to do the work myself, which is probably a good thing since my lawn clearly demonstrates I'm not good at this particular activity. Give these guys a call. You'll be pleasantly surprised."

"Very well. The owner came to look over my trees, was VERY informative and detailed, even gave me lawn care advice. We scheduled the service, and right on time, his crew showed up(with him) and performed the work. The trees look PHENOMENAL. Clean, letting more light in, off the roof, etc. Only thing I'd say was LESS than perfect, was at one point one of the limbs fell on my wife's Canna plants. Thankfully it only broke one stalk, and they have recovered fine. Also--I'd have preferred to have the "pruning sealer" sprayed on the trunk where the large limbs were cut off. Lastly--although they used a giant chipper to remove all the wood, there was still some little twigs/sticks across the front yard. I went back and picked them up. Overall--very happy with David and his team."
