"Jeff, our MDM Rep. was great to work with. Honest and reliable without question. When it came time for the job, he was here to see everything was as it should be! Miguel, the crew manager was super knowledgeable, hard working and managed his crew very well. Anytime I needed questions answered, Jeff was very responsive and stayed on top of any concerns or questions I had. I would highly recommend MDM for your landscaping needs! Steve C. Azle, TX"

"Branden did a phenomenal job on our project! We wanted him to remove our mulch and dead plants in our flower beds and replace it with a dry scape scene. He was very helpful with coming up with ideas and even used AI to digitally show us the design prior to agreeing to move forward. Additionally we wanted to add some sod. He had great communication, was here when he said he would be and finished a day sooner than expected! We are very happy with him and his crews and will use him for future projects! Very respectful and professional company!"

"We were very happy with the design and installation. Posh finished in time for my house warming party. The crew was very polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them for any design and installation work."

"I called Cody's to fix a pipe that a shady fence company managed to break while replacing my fence. They were booked solid for a while, and apologized for that, but got me on the schedule. They showed up early and got right to work fixing my pipe. I also authorized fixing pretty much anything else wrong with my system. They straightened up quite a few heads, adjusted those that needed adjusting, cleaned some clogged outlets, and fixed a zone that was not working. The damage to the broken pipe clogged several heads and smaller diameter pipes, which they had to replace. My system is now working perfectly, and while I hope nothing breaks on it again if something does happen, I know Cody's will be the first company I contact."

"This is a rental property and my renter was very pleased with the work."

"Very well. The owner came to look over my trees, was VERY informative and detailed, even gave me lawn care advice. We scheduled the service, and right on time, his crew showed up(with him) and performed the work. The trees look PHENOMENAL. Clean, letting more light in, off the roof, etc. Only thing I'd say was LESS than perfect, was at one point one of the limbs fell on my wife's Canna plants. Thankfully it only broke one stalk, and they have recovered fine. Also--I'd have preferred to have the "pruning sealer" sprayed on the trunk where the large limbs were cut off. Lastly--although they used a giant chipper to remove all the wood, there was still some little twigs/sticks across the front yard. I went back and picked them up. Overall--very happy with David and his team."

"The project went smoothly. Our project began shortly after the contract was signed. All crews, from demolition, to installation, to cleanup were professional, polite, and meticulous. The owner checked on our project every day and answered our questions. When complete, the owner completed a thorough review of the project. He had someone come out to reduce the amount of sand between the pavers. The end results were beautiful. We are very pleased."
