What I particularly appreciated is that Dustin shot it to me strait.  No sugar coating, no promising more than could be delivered, and a realistic picture of what the process would look like.  He took my desires for the appearance of the roof and made  suggestion on shingles that could still be covered by insurance, yet still have the look I wanted.

The workers showed up on time and en force.  At the end of each day they cleaned up thoroughly, and left everything spotlessly spick and span upon completion.

Side note:  While they bring their own water, the workers greatly appreciate if you keep a cooler of cold drinks at their avail.  Sweet tea, orange juice, and/or Gatorade, along with disposable cups go a long way towards keep the guys working hard and no one getting sick on your property.  Installing black shingles in Texas in  July up on a high roof is hot enough work, even with proper hydration.

"There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. They were actually  2 of about 4 or so contractors we called that even returned out phone calls!
