"I submitted the request online and was contacted very soon afterwards. Greg came out and to give me an estimate on what he could do and how much it was going to cost. We had just bought the house and I wanted to make sure the carpet was thoroughly cleaned before we moved in. Greg did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpet. All the places I didn't think would come out, he got with no problems at all. He saw that we were replacing the flooring in other parts of the house and explained that Stanley Steemer also provided flooring sales and installation. After talking with Greg about what we needed in the way of flooring, he put me in contact with Bruce who came out and took the measurements for carpeting and laminate in several rooms. <br /> We had received a quote from Home Depot of a whopping $12,000.00 that made my jaw drop. Needless to say when I got the quote from Bruce for under $6,000.00 to floor 4 bedrooms, 2 hallways, 2 baths, kitchen and dining room I was all kinds of happy. I'm looking forward to the installation of the flooring in just a short couple of weeks.These guys are wonderful to work with. Very personable, knowlegable and just honest to goodness good guys. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "Job went well. Took a little longer than I would have liked (about 9 days), but the installers were talented and detail oriented, so the final product is very high quality. I've got at least a 30 year finish on that floor now, and I don't want to cover a square inch of it with a rug, because it looks great. He saved me great deal of money on the hardwood material by directing me to a local lumber millwork. Not only was it cheaper and of satisfactory quality, but if you're into that "green" stuff, this material was harvested within less than 150 miles of here."

"He was here on time finished the work in one day and was very pleasant to be around.  He replaced the fixtures and pipework that had rotted away in the tub and shower.  He was respectful of me and my children, did the work quickly and very well.  There were a few issues with the job that were unforseen at the start.  I had no idea that the pipes were rotting away!  He warned me beforehand about any issues and costs that could happen.  He also thoroughly went over the contract before signing.  Our shower has not had as good of pressure as it does now in years!  Thank you Ruhl and Son Construction and Excavation! <br />"
