My floors were in pretty rough shape and my tile flooring installer said it was a little beyond his capabilities. He referred me to Sterling and said they were the best around the Kitsap Washington area. I called them and received a quote which I thought was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done. Rick performed wood patching and matching to my existing floors. He then took everything down to bare wood, refinished and varnished the entire floor. The end result was amazing and I was very happy. They showed up for the home quote on time and were available to come over in the late afternoon since both my husband and I work full-time. We were able to get a finite date for one week later with no issues. Every worker was polite and professional and they also moved the furniture for us, removed the carpet and disposed of the carpet for us. They made it a point to explain the process before and during the flooring installation and made sure that they were proud of the work they were doing.
