We have a staff to service your home or offices/buildings for general cleaning, Deep cleaning or one time cleaning. Whether it’s the 1st time or the 1000 time we clean it will be done using a cleaning scheduled that is determined, tailored and customized (at the time we do the first initial walk through) at the place that requires our service. Professional offices, commercial buildings are billed at the end of the month and residential homes/condos payment due at time service is complete. We also work with real estate to stage homes for sale. Homes/apartment complexes that need move in - move out cleaning.

Extra service is provided for such things as cleaning interior and exterior areas of entrance doors, also, spot cleaning of carpet and glass, disinfecting the telephones and wiping fingerprints from around light switches. Every week, furniture is vacuumed as need be. Picture frames and the tops of file cabinets are dusted and doors are wiped for fingerprints. These are just a few of the typically overlooked or neglected areas by most janitorial services. THE QUALITY OF CLEANING STANDARDS WE ADHERE TO: 1. Control floor appearance by vacuuming and or sweeping. 2. Mop hard surface floors 3. Dust and clean horizontal surfaces (cleared surfaces of desks, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, furniture, and unobstructed work areas) 4. Sanitize telephones. 5. As well as the Greater Chicagoland area and Toledo, Ohio. The Carpet Guys are also the proud recipients of the Better Business Bureaus (BBB) Torch Award for ethics in 2020 and 2023.

"Our experience with The Carpet Guys was less than impressive. I would not recommend their service. I informed the sub-contractors prior to the start of the job that we just had our hardwood floors refinished a week prior and asked that they cover the floors in the area they were working to protect the floors. They covered some areas, failed to cover the area in front of the staircase and there were several deep scratches because of their careless workmanship. Paint was chipped off the walls on the staircase and there were areas where the seams were visible. There were also a few areas where the carpet was not cut and glued properly. One of the workers was on his cell phone during most of the time he worked, at some point a 2nd crew of workers came and the 1st crew left without notifying us that they were swapping out crews. Lastly, we advised the work crew that they had full access to the use the bathroom on the first floor; one of the worker's used my master bathroom and deposited the used toilet tissue on the floor instead of flushing the tissue. An Install Manager came out and attempted to correct the areas of concern, he did an acceptable job. However, we refused to allow them to repair the hardwood floors, as it would void our warranty with the company. I elevated my concerns to another level of management explaining why I did not want The Carpet Guys to repair the hardwood floors and the cost to repair would be a minimum of $450 per hardwood flooring company and his response was, "how do I know my guys damaged your hardwood floors". After I became verbally upset over his insinuation that I was lying he stated he wasn't trying to argue just send him a paid bill. After spending over $8,000 cash for the carpet install, and I told them the hardwood floors were finished a week prior to their job, which we paid almost $7,000 cash for, why would I haggle over less than $500. Never ever would I recommend anyone use this company, save yourself the headache and go with someone else."
