The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. "Used this company years ago and they came now as a result of an Angies List $49 deal for a roof assessment with pictures and minor repairs.  The review was comprehensive but I'm thinking it was what they would do for any prospective customer who requests an estimate.  Not sure there was a benefit to purchasing the Angies List deal.  I also think that the representative was overselling with a recommendation for a roof rebuild and some other services that a mason and other roofing contractors said I did not need.  The estimate they provided was just for the roof replacement.  All that said, I still think it is a good company and will probably end up choosing them.  They did systematic follow-ups to see if I had any questions, etc. until I told them I'd contact them when I was ready.
