"The plumber arrived about 15 minutes late but, called earlier to let me know this would happen. It was no big deal. He quickly diagnosed the problem in 5-10 minutes and gave me an estimate. The price was very reasonable compared to other plumbers we have used previously on other repairs.  He did have to leave to get a part half way through the repairs but, again this was no problem.
