"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

I have a 1907 home that had its overhangs removed years ago and was in need of having the overhangs/eves reconstructed along with a new roof. Unforeseen was the addtional wood shake roof which had to be removed. Ofek, the project coordinator, was outstanding and communicative throughout the process. Upon completion, the result was outstanding and could not be happier. The project also included a complete gutter install and this company took the time and expense to come back out and make requested corrections in addition to new work with no addtional charge. "Mr. Oliver (George) was very professional and caring in his approach to explain all the necessary steps required to replace our failed drain pan in our master shower. He explained all the options available to us for our upgrade using the Onyx system. He answered all of our questions and we knew exactly what to expect during the shower transformation. The material arrived earlier than expected so we were able to start sooner. His demo and installation team were on time every day and gave me daily updates. The installation team took great pride in the work. The finished master shower looks incredible. Such a major difference from what we had used previously. My wife and I look forward to our daily shower under the new rain shower head. Also his team leader Pat went out of his way to give me advice and he assisted me in another small home repair that I was accomplishing. "I hate not giving five stars because the installation crews were great and did an awesome job. The project managers on the other hand left much to be desired. First one was unresponsive, project was delayed for months because of him. 2nd was slightly better but it still took 6 months for them to complete the project. They installed a French door with the wrong glass because "it's the only one we had in the warehouse". It was also for a 2x4 frame when we had a 2 x6 frame, which they had to wait 3 more weeks for an extension kit to come in to finish it, and replace the glass. I originally went with them to have them build a deck and repair the siding but I doubt I will go back to them now. Again, install crew is amazing and would recommend them for that reason alone. Although they did leave the old windows in a pile outside my house for months and it took threatening charging them for what it would cost to have someone else clean it up for them to come pick it up."
