"Work on he 8 windows and 3 doors was started on August 3 and completed on August 5th. The project was delayed a few times because of the weather (not BNT's fault... who wants open windows in a monsoon?). Angel and his helper Michael were wonderful. Very thorough, made sure everything was covered and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond, moving furniture I was unable to move myself and putting it back. They were amazingly polite and professional. The installation was done perfectly, even redoing things they felt needed to be fixed. One screen came in damaged and they made notes and took pictures to make sure the screen would be replaced. They rechecked their work several times to make sure everything was perfect. They made an extra effort to replace all the fixtures that they removed during the installation. The only issues that occurred was that I was told by BNT that the front door came with a lock, and that I would need to buy a lock for the side door. I didn't know that doors didn't come with locks. But no problem, I purchased a lock for the side door. Well, the front door came in without a lock. When the installer called BNT, after verifying what had been said to me by BNT and what occurred, they had me pick out a lock from the Home Depot website, and they actually purchased it and brought it to Angel to install on the front door. I know of NO company that would have customer service as amazing as that. For that reason alone, I would recommend them with no hesitation! On Monday, 8/7, I received calls from both my salesman, Martin, and Brenda from BNT both making sure that I'm happy with the windows and doors and to set up the inspection for next week. All I can say is that I am EXTREMELY happy with the experience, the people from BNT office, Angel and Mike and my doors and windows are BEAUTIFUL. If you are in the market to replace your windows and/or doors, I absolutely recommend you get a quote from this amazing company. In these times where it's nearly impossible to find reliable companies, excellent service and world class workmanship, you will be pleasantly surprised if you go with BNT. "Excellent. From the customer service staff who scheduled the work to Scott who was the tech they sent out. Everything was great. The new springs and rollers were on in less than 2 hours. Very happy with D & D. They know garage doors and how to take care of them. Price was fair and with the coupon in the St Lucie west living coupon book, they took 20 bucks off the price quoted over the phone. Based upon what they did and what they charged for the work I recommend them highly!!!"

Can't say enough good things about APBG!  I had three estimates to replace our (very) old garage door; American Palm Beach was the same price as the others, but we got so much more for the same money!  While the other companies' prices included a lesser brand of garage door and lift motor, American's price included a better rated brand of door and a more well-known brand of lift motor.  Plus, American's price included an outside entry keypad and two remotes (neither of the other estimates included these items).  When I ordered the door (door style is dictated by an HOA and not the typical door style) American gave me an estimate of 2-3 weeks for them to receive the door in stock (I automatically thought "probably a month til it arrives"); they called to let me know it arrived right at two weeks (!) and were ready to install two days later!  Installation was easy, quick and clean.  The installers programmed everything and were done in under 3 hours (the gentlemen installing the door were very professional).  I would definitely use this Company again and recommend them to anyone! <br />"
