"Outstanding. Randy is timely, courteous, cleans up after himself, answers all your questions, and everything is upfront with no hidden costs. This is the third unfinished hardwood floor installation we had Randy do in our home. We were so impressed with the quality of Randy's first installation and the professionalism and attention to detail. The first in April was a kitchen floor that had been water damaged. Oak hardwood flooring was installed in the kitchen and dining room. It looked so beautiful, we then had him do our large living room. Lovely. <br /> <br /> So...when we decided to replace the carpeting in our two bedrooms this fall, we could not resist getting Randy's estimate to install this beautiful oak flooring again. Mind you, we checked out laminate and engineered and carpeting until we were exhausted. For the money, to me, it is the most worthwile investment we have made in our home. <br /> He orders the oak, we let it acclimatize for a few days. Then he installls it, sands it, and applied three coats of finish. He used the Bona process, which takes a few days to cure. Worth every second of the wait. .The Bona does have an odor, like any finish, however it is dissipated quickly. This is a healthy environmental choice too. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "First, I would like to say that this company/service went above and beyond my expectations! I grew up in Sweden and I have lived in the US for 17 years now, and I have not run into many people that knows how to clean to the standard that I grew up with. The Kaya crew pulled everything out cleaned under fridge, inside and out, same with the stove, every "nook and cranny" in the kitchen was cleaned and wiped down, and the same in the bathroom. The bedrooms and the closets were completely wiped down and clean. The windows (both inside and out), trim and shelves were perfectly cleaned. The carpet was cleaned, the floors were mopped/scrubbed and very clean. I don't know what else to say other other then that I had nothing to complain about. I was happily surprised that I had found someone to help me with cleaning house that has a high standard. This is to me worth a lot. <br /> I am in the process of selling my current house and I have booked Kaya's service again! I am so grateful that I found her! "They were wonderful to work with, I didn't want to move out and they understood, moving my furniture from one room to the other, leaving each night so that I could comfortably stay.  They showed up on time, returned phone calls and emails, charged exactly what they said they would and finished on time.  It took less then a week and was pain free.  I have two old dogs who have and would destroy anything else but not these, this floor cleans so quickly and easily that my only regret is not doing this sooner. <br />"
